Final Fantasy X getting a remake!

It seems that my favorite Final Fantasy game, Final Fantasy X is getting a remake! It's going to be an HD remake for the PS3 and the Playstation Vita (the handheld successor to the PSP, which is equal in power to a PS3!).









I can't wait to be able to play the remade version! I really wonder if there will be any updates, or if it will simply be the same things once again. I know that it'll be an HD remake, but if there will be any other meaningful changes - I just don't know.

Tomb Raider (2011), Gameplay Movie (with freaking great graphics, too!)

The new Tomb Raider game is looking amazing! I can't wait until we get to see Lara Croft again, except completely renewed (and far more awesome than she ever was before). The graphics in this new installment are freaking amazing and I, alongside many other people, am very surprised by this announcement. I'd heard they were rebooting the series, but this is just way more than I expected!

Eidos Montreal hacked, 350 Resumes Stolen and 25000 emails stolen

It seems that another company has been hacked; recently, PSN was hacked multiple times. Sony's Playstation Network was hacked because of terrible and unpatched security, which allowed for the hackers to steal names, addresses, emails and even credit card information.

Eidos Montreal is a part of Square Enix, a giant publisher based out of Japan; they have been hit hard recently - earthquakes, tsunamis, PSN's hack (affected a lot of companies) and now one of their own network's was hacked.



Square Enix has confirmed that they took it down immediately after, but the hack still allowed the hackers to take 350 resumes (which means they probably also stole every bit of information about these people...) and 25,000 email addresses were also stolen.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Trailer (no relation to FFXIII or FFXIII-2)

This is the first trailer that Square Enix released for their new game, Final Fantasy Versus XIII; it has no relation to the other FFXIII games. It simply shares the name and the origin story of the world - everything else is completely different.

Now, this trailer has awesome music and an awesome looking character. I really suggest you check out the other video I posted as well, which shows off the even more amazing gameplay! The gameplay looks far better than anything I've ever seen in any Final Fantasy game before! (and it looks far better than Dragon Age Poo! I mean two..)

Final Fantasy XIII-2, awesome battle theme

Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Thirteen-Two) is coming later this year, and all that we have seen is a single trailer of it. So, I went looking around the internet for more information, but all I could find was a few interviews with text and little information. On YouTube I found a fan-made battle theme that sounds awesome! I only wish that the real game's battle theme would sound this amazing...

Final fantasy XIII-2 - TRAILER - Interpretation

Final Fantasy XIII-2 is coming later this year and I have seen a trailer for it, which I will post here as well.

My interpretation of this trailer is this (Final Fantasy XIII knowledge required...):

Lightning has died and is now being brought back to life to do some sort of duty - which, according to an interview, is to find and revive those two characters that were sacrificed in the end of FFXIII.

So, it would make sense that those two characters are still alive many years later, as crystals, because they had completed their Focus given by the Fal'Cie.

Now it seems that Lightning will go out and search for them and hopefully revive them.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 - TRAILER - PREVIEW

Final Fantasy XIII is getting a sequel! This is simply called Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Thirteen-Two) and it looks pretty cool! I didn't like FFXIII as much as I liked any other Final Fantasy... except Final Fantasy, which was terrible - so I like FFXIII more than the first FF game ever, but that's it...

Nonetheless, this sequel looks to be a pretty cool game and I know I'm going to get it and play it! :D
